Tim the manager was so friendly and assuring. He took care of it as the issue turned out to be a very simple fix and he did not even charge anything for it as it was a few minutes fix. I am really thankful to the Midas Champaign team for being very honest, forthcoming and solving the car problem, especially in a very responsible way and curtious way.

Great service! Front desk, I believe his name was Tim, was very kind and knowledgeable on all our questions. We had to replace a punctured tire and ended up having to replace another as well. The service was quick and I was very pleased they were able to take us as a walk-in!

Super helpful guys, I blew a tire late Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get my car fixed and ready to go in 24 hours with 2 new tires. I've been getting service done with them for about a year and I very much appreciate that they tell me exactly what's wrong with my car and what needs done, but they put no pressure on me to do it right now immediately. And the coupons for the oil changes are great!

It started with an oil change and tire rotation at the Savoy Walmart. The employee who checked me in at the auto center acted like me showing up on time for my scheduled appt ruined his entire day and he was just as unpleasant when I came to get my car when it was “finished”. He began to ring me up without saying anything regarding my oil change or tire rotation. It was only AFTER I asked about my tire rotation that he told me that they couldn’t do it because a lug nut on one of my tires was cross threaded and that I had to go to the Champaign Walmart to get it fixed because that’s where the tires were put on. I arrived at the Champaign Walmart (very frustrated after being treated so rudely by the employee at the Savoy Walmart) and explained the lug nut issue and that the Savoy Walmart told me I needed to come to the Champaign Walmart to get it fixed. The gentleman I talked to, who was much nicer, apologized and said that unfortunately Walmart was not equipped to fix a cross threaded lug nut and he didn’t understand why the employee at the Savoy Walmart sent me there because they know this too. He then explained that I needed to go to a mechanic equipment to fix it then could bri

Today was my first time using this Midas location for an oil change. Tim the manager is friendly, courteous, no pressure, and gave me an impression of being honest almost to a fault. The oil change was less expensive than my last one at a "stay in your car" competitor. The rest room is clean as is the waiting room. Pick your flavor of coffee with K cups instead of drinking bad coffee made who know when. This will be my go to place for oil change from now on.
